David Cool is the driving force behind Cool Realty LLC, combining over 30 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and management. A hands-on leader, David remains deeply involved in all aspects of management, listings, and sales.

After earning his bachelor’s degrees from Marshall University in West Virginia, David moved to Florida and obtained his real estate license in the early 2000s. From his very first year, he was recognized as a Top Listing Agent and has since built a strong reputation, earning a loyal base of agents, clients, and staff who admire his dedication.

David founded Cool Realty LLC with the vision of creating a trusted, client-focused real estate and property management firm. Many of our team members began their careers with us before becoming licensed agents, a testament to his mentorship and leadership.

David oversees both our property management and real estate sales divisions. With a deep understanding of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations, he stays current as an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

As a manager and trainer, David emphasizes the importance of leveraging the latest technology while maintaining honest communication, a strong work ethic, and always putting customers first.
