I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Your roommate has to qualify for the property alone before you are released from the lease. -
My lease expiration is coming, and I want to move out. What should I do?
You must give 60 days notice of your intent to renew or move out. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If the tenant causes damage, the tenant is. Normal maintenance issues are covered by the owner. The property management company must have the owner’s approval for repairs.
