CREDIT BUILDING
We report every rent payment so you build credit. Average increases of 23 to 42 points in resident scores, so you can qualify for more and save hundreds. We can report up to the past 24 months for an immediate boost.
RENTER’S INSURANCE
Your package includes renter’s insurance of up to $100k for accidental damage to the rental home from fire, water, and other perils as well as up to $10k of contents insurance for your personal belongings. (Refer to the actual policy for details)
RESIDENT REWARDS PROGRAM
Rent day is now rewards day. You’ll get cash, giftcards, and exclusive discounts you can use to save up to $4500/year on everyday expenses.

Disclaimer: Resident Benefits Package is REQUIRED with ALL Cool Realty LLC lease agreements. The Resident Benefits Package will be billed monthly as one charge to include the insurance benefit and the services benefit. Tenants should consult an insurance professional to evaluate and determine personal insurance needs. Tenants who provide proof of their own renter’s insurance policy that is lease compliant may opt out of the insurance benefit and $10.95 will be deducted from the monthly cost of the Resident Benefits Package.
