If you are out of town and do not want to rent your house, we will visit your property every two weeks to check its condition, bring in mail, flush toilets, water plants, and alternate lights to make the house look occupied. This allows you to travel with peace of mind.
We can customize visits to fit your needs, and additional services like lawn care can be added via a separate invoice.
