Thank you for choosing to rent your home through us. If you have any questions about your home, please let us know.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 EST. You can also place a request or routine maintenance call through your tenant portal that you were given when you signed up with us.
Please let us know if you need other real estate assistance. We also have a sales division if you want to purchase a home.
We have a Renters' Insurance Program for all our residents. It is provided by Second Nature, and it comes at no cost to the property owner.
- We have a Resident Rewards Program that helps us ensure on-time rent payments. Powered by Piñata, the tenants who pay their rent on time can earn rewards in the form of gift cards and exclusive discounts, rewarding them for their commitment to paying on time.
- For tenants who consistently pay on time, we will boost their credit score by reporting on-time rent payments.
- On-Demand Pest Control: to ensure the property stays pest-free and the residents remain comfortable all year-round.
- We also have a Move-in Concierge Service. We'll assist with setting up utilities, securing the best rates, and finding available discounts for services.

FAQs
Can you hold a place before I apply?
We hold a property for a nonrefundable $500.00 fee, which is applied when you are accepted.
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Depending on credit and income factors. Normally it is only the first month and security deposit.
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years old to apply.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, if move-out requirements are met.
Do I need a cosigner?
Maybe, if you have no rental history.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Online, click apply now where you saw the ad for the property.
How do I pay rent?
Electronically, check, or money order.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Pets must apply; there are breed restrictions. There is a $350 pet fee and pet rent of $25 a month.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Your roommate has to qualify for the property alone before you are released from the lease.
My lease expiration is coming, and I want to move out. What do I do?
You must give 60 days notice of your intent to renew or move out.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If the tenant causes damage, the tenant is. Normal maintenance issues are covered by the owner. The property management company must have the owner’s approval for repairs.
